Refund policy

At Zyra Label, we aim to provide high-quality fashion products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or replacement. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
